first, u should be eating healthy! Usually ppl don’t do that, and keep on doing that, so it’s hard! So they should start right away! You can feel good by going to the gym, or if u cant, spare some free time at home to do it! Maybe run around in the neighborhood, stretch, and maintain a healthy diet.
