height = 1.2 yards

divide 1.8 by 3 to obtain 1 part of the ratio then multiply by 2 for height

[tex]\frac{1.8}{3}[/tex] = 0.6 ← 1 part

height = 2 parts = 2 × 0.6 = 1.2 yards
