Answer

Evaluate the expression

4ab + 5bc

when a = 2, b = –6, and c = –2.

To prove

As the expression given in the question be

4ab + 5bc

As given

a = 2, b = –6, and c = –2.

Put all the these values in the above expression.

= 4 × 2 × -6 + 5 × -6 × -2

= -48 + 60

=  12

Therefore the value of expression  4ab + 5bc  be 12 .

(when a = 2, b = –6, c = –2 be  -12)
