To draw a grouping model, you can use dots (or circles) and draw the total amount of objects. Which you've already done to show the amount of snowmen, 20, good job! If you draw 5 rows of 4 snowmen, you can draw a box around 4 rows, to show the scarves and a circle around the remaining row to show the gloves.
