Scientific inference is not an inference at all -no imagination leap brief with examples

well, basically inference is  a non-logical conclusion from premises that achieved through rational pattern (without actual experiment)

when we put the word 'scientific' , every conclusion must be observed and supported by data.

So i guess the statement would be true, scientific inference is not inference at all
