Seeing this question, I don't see any steps. I will solve this problem, so you could compare my step to the steps that you have on your worksheet. Then you could see what the missing step is.
5-8x<2x+3
1) 5-8x-2x<2x-2x+3
2) 5-10x< 3
3) 5-5-10x<3-5
4)-10x<-2
5) -10x/-10> -2/-10
