y=1/3x-3

m1=1/3

from,m1m2=-1

1/3m2=-1

m2=-3

again, from

m=(y-y1)/(x-x1)

-3=(y-2)/(x-3)

y-2=-3(x-3)

y-2=-3x+9

y=-3x+9+2

y=-3x+11
