You multiply 2 by the 8x to get 16x then multiply the 4y by 2 to get 8y and lastly multiply -10 by 2 to get -20 then put it all together to get= 16x + 8y - 20

16x+8y-20 bc 8x2 is 16 so 16x; 4x2 is 8 so 8y; 10x2 is 20 so 20 and when you add the sings to it is would equal 16x+8y-20
