Given that f(x)=x-5 g(x)=5x and h(x)=-f(x+1)-3g(x-1), then what is the value of h(3)?

- f(x + 1) = - ( x + 1 - 5 ) = 4 - x

- 3g(x - 1 ) = - 3 [ 5 (x - 1)] = 15 - 15x

h(x) = 4 - x + 15 - 15x = 19 - 16x

h(3) = 19 - 16(3) = - 29
