the perimeter Is equal to the length of each side moltiplicated for 4, so the length of each side Is: l=P/4=12√5/4=3√5.

The area of the square Is the square of the length of each side, so: A=12√5x12√5= 144x5 (at the moment i haven't a calculatour to use)
