Sector Area = (central angle / 360) * PI * radius^2
Sector Area = (40/360) * PI * radius^2
Sector Area = (1/9) * PI * radius^2
Sector Area = (1/9) * 3.14 * 8^2
Sector Area = 22.34 square centimeters
