[tex] = 9 \dfrac{ft}{hr} \times \dfrac{12~in \times hr}{60~ft \times min} [/tex]

[tex] = 9 \dfrac{ft}{hr} \times \dfrac{1~in \times hr}{5~ft \times min} [/tex]

The conversion factor is 1/5.
